Data Scientist

We’re looking for an entry-level Data Scientist who enjoys working with data, solving real business problems, and learning new skills. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in analytics, machine learning, and data modeling while working with a supportive team.ResponsibilitiesClean, transform and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, or similar tools.Build simple predictive models and assist in developing machine learning workflows.Create dashboards and visual reports to present findings to internal teams and clients.Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand data needs.Evaluate model performance and suggest improvements.Document data processes, findings and model outcomes.Support ad-hoc data requests and participate in team discussions on strategy and problem-solving.Required SkillsStrong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and basic machine learning concepts.Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.Good SQL knowledge for querying and managing data.Basic knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn).Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams.Attention to detail and willingness to learn.Preferred (Not Mandatory)Internship experience or academic projects related to ML, analytics, or data engineering.Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience working with APIs or automation scripts.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or any related field.What We OfferFully remote work flexibility.Work with supportive teams and mentors.Opportunities to learn, grow and build real-world experience.Exposure to live projects across IT services and consulting.Job FunctionsData AnalysisMachine LearningBusiness Intelligence / Reporting
