Your work will be hands-on, insights-driven, and directly tied to improving performance, productivity and forecasting accuracy.What you’ll work onExploring large operational datasets to uncover patterns, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.Sitting alongside business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into analytical tasks.Designing dashboards, reports and visual tools that bring clarity to complex information.Using statistical techniques and machine-learning methods to sharpen forecasts and optimise resource planning.Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen cross-team collaboration.What you’ll bringAround 3+ years in data science, analytics or BI roles.A degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Maths, Stats, Economics, etc.).Strong capability with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and modelling).Solid SQL skills for handling large, messy datasets.Experience with Python or R for modelling and analysis.Confidence communicating insights to all levels of the business.
