🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Systems Administrator📍 Wacol, QLD (Primary Office) | Onsite with Hybrid Flex | National Multi-Site Support🕒 Full-Time | Senior-Level (10+ Years Experience)Salary: $120K base + super + 1 month salary BONUSWe are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to take ownership of IT operations across all Australian sites, supporting a rapidly growing national footprint that includes offices, production facilities, warehouses, and an upcoming major expansion in Victoria.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a service-driven environment, enjoys taking accountability, and can confidently manage both internal stakeholders and an outsourced IT partner. Your work will directly support the daily productivity of staff across multiple states, while ensuring stable, secure, and scalable technology infrastructure as the organisation continues to grow.💼 The OpportunityYou will oversee IT services across all states, working within an IT structure divided into three key domains:1. Help Desk & User Support (Outsourced)The company currently uses an outsourced IT partner for day-to-day support.This role will manage and oversee the outsourced helpdesk, ensuring high service quality for ~175 employees nationwide.You will delegate day-to-day operational tasks (e.g., device setup, user requests) to the outsourced team while providing escalation support when required.2. NetworkingA strong networking background is essential. You will need practical knowledge across:Routing & switchingTelecommunicationsWi-Fi infrastructureNetwork troubleshooting and stabilityUnderstanding of network architecture across multi-site environments3. IT InfrastructureYour remit will also include:Server management and maintenanceBackup routines and data recoverySystem patching and hardeningEnsuring secure, reliable access for all statesSupporting new initiatives, HR system enhancements, and business-led application projectsIT readiness and support for new offices, warehouses, and the upcoming Melbourne plant🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesOversee nationwide IT operations across multiple offices, warehouses, and production sites.Manage the relationship with the outsourced IT provider and ensure service levels are met.Maintain servers, networks, backups, and infrastructure in line with corporate standards.Provide escalated support for staff across all locations.Support major upcoming expansions, including new-site setups and systems rollouts.Ensure security, compliance, and reliability across all IT environments.Collaborate with corporate, regional, and vendor teams to align with global IT strategies.Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure, systems, and user support functions.🧑 💻 About YouYou are a seasoned IT professional who brings technical depth, strong communication skills, and a service-first mindset.
