Embedded within our Commerce & Lending organization, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, risk engineering, and other stakeholders, to drive the development and optimization of our loan and payment products. The ideal candidate will analyze large datasets using SQL and scripting languages, uncovering trends and opportunities that inform product development and strategic decision-making. You will approach complex problems from first principles, employing statistical and mathematical modeling techniques to understand customer behavior comprehensively.This role involves designing and analyzing A/B experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes, working with engineering teams to log new data sources, and building forecasts and reports that inform key business initiatives. You will develop code to process, cleanse, and combine data sources, often creating curated ETL datasets that are accessible and useful for the broader team. Additionally, you will build and share data visualizations and dashboards, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions confidently.
