Design and deliver end-to-end data science and AI initiatives with real organizational impact. Develop and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions. Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities where data science can improve customer experience, efficiency, or risk management. Promote responsible data practices and ensure alignment with Westpac’s strategic priorities. Support data science use cases across the bank, including marketing, customer insights, and operational efficiency
