The ideal candidate will provide technical support for software applications, manage data stewardship responsibilities, and help optimize business workflows through effective use of data and software tools.Key Responsibilities:· Provide frontline support and troubleshooting software applications used across the organization.· Act as a Data Steward to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant standards.· Analyze, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies/issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.· Monitor data quality and enforce data governance standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency for business reporting and decision-making.· Develop and maintain process documentation related to data stewardship, software support, and workflows.· Provide training and support to end-users on software, data best practices, and data workflow tools.· Participate in testing new software releases, updates, and tools to ensure smooth deployment.· Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and workflows as needed.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).· English intermediate required· Experience in software support, data stewardship, and reporting.· Knowledge of database management and querying languages such as SQL.· Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.· Experience with data visualization and data wrangling tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus.· Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.· Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
