We utilise data insights to build competitive advantage, supporting our people to deliver value faster.About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Data lead for a new transformation program aimed at unlocking value by creating seamless, end-to-end integration between CIM (customer investment management), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.At its core, this programme is about simplifying and streamlining operations, reducing inefficiencies, and driving customer-centric solutions.Top 3-5 AccountabilitiesPlan all data activities required within the program, to the timelines of program delivery, following PACE methodologySingle point of contact and accountability to drive the pilot market's data agenda through partnering with DA&I, Global Commercial, GBO, D&T, and vendorsBe the expert in the Customer Domain master data hierarchies and main data assets Develop and implement data plan in line with Diageo's data governance & data quality policies and processes.Implement processes to address and improve trust in data.Support market with data procurement planning and/or process improvement plans to ensure data quality and standardisation at source.Identify data owners within the organisation and ensure accountabilities are firmly understood and embedded in respect of the programmes data delivery.Ensure the data processes, methodologies, and solutions for knowledge sharing and training purposes are documented by the Central Data foundations programme.
