Data Specialist - Microsoft 365

Microsoft D365 Data SpecialistWe are looking for a skilled Microsoft D365 Data Specialist 6 - 8 months, contract to support end-to-end data processes for our D365 implementations and integrations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality data flows across the bank.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support data activities across Microsoft D365 implementation projects.Develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and ETL processes between D365 and banking systems.Clean, validate, and transform data to support reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate closely with D365 functional/technical teams, BI developers, and business SMEs.Build dashboards and insights using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.Ensure strong data governance, metadata management, and adherence to banking compliance standards.Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring integrity across all D365 modules.ExperienceMicrosoft D365 implementations is essential (Finance, Operations, or CE).5+ years experience in data engineering, data analytics, BI, or data management roles.Strong SQL expertise and proficiency with ETL/ELT tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, etc.).Experience working with banking datasets (GL, lending, customer data, payments) is highly advantageous.Knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, and integration frameworks.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced project environments.QualificationsDegree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.Microsoft certifications in D365, Azure, or Power BI are a significant advantage.
