We are looking for Polish-speaking contractors to join our team for a Phone Validation role. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of healthcare data used by leading life sciences organizations.About the RoleThis role involves making outbound phone calls to healthcare institutions in Poland—such as hospitals, clinics, and medical offices—to verify and update existing information. Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with our tools, systems, and workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to verify and update healthcare-related information.Ensure all collected data is accurate, complete, and compliant with standards.Maintain clear and detailed call records.Meet defined productivity and quality targets (KPIs).Follow approved call scripts and communication guidelines.RequirementsFluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).Excellent communication and phone-handling skills.Personal computer or laptop with:Windows 10 (22H2 or newer) or macOS Big Sur (or newer).Internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.Availability for 40 hours per week, aligned with Polish business hours.High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.Previous experience in phone-based roles, data verification, or customer service is preferred.
