Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Data Systems Analyst for a leading organizationRole Overview: A senior role responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into data-driven technological solutions. The position includes defining requirements, designing interfaces, writing functional and technical specifications, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, data engineers, and analysts. The analyst will lead data and BI initiatives from initial demand through implementation.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Data/BI Systems Analyst.Proven experience writing business and technical specification documents.Strong understanding of data architectures: DWH, ETL processes, and tabular modeling.Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.Hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries.Experience leading processes or projects – advantage.Relevant academic degree.
