The District offers exceptional fringe benefits, plus a $1,000 signing bonus**DEFINITIONUnder general supervision, responsible for coordinating record management, systems storage, and retrieval; performing specialized work in evaluating, maintaining, developing, implementing, and modifying online curriculum resources and databases; and performing other related work as required.EXAMPLES OF DUTIESCoordinates various online curriculum programs and resources. Assists with the management of daily substitute placement, Frontline employee absence system, and associated data integrations. Assists with operation of data management and student information systems. Assists with management of online state assessment systems. Maintains online employee learning management system. Coordinates projects and provides program support and professional development as needed. Participates in administration of benchmark assessments and communicates results through oral and written reports. Assists and represents various departments in meetings with other staff. Establishes schedules for analysis, programming, inventory, and project completion/implementation. Manages inventory and distribution of equipment and materials. Prepares system input data and analyzes, verifies, and reconciles output reports. Performs other related duties as required. QualificationsKnowledge of:Methods, practices, and procedures of school district payroll record management and fiscally related record management systems;Operation of manual and computer-assisted payroll record management, storage and retrieval system;Computer hardware and software application programs commonly used in payroll operations;Payroll related report preparation and format;Terminology, methods, practices, and techniques of systems and programming work for data processing; Operation of data processing systems and related equipment;Research and analytical methods, techniques, and procedures;Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. Ability to:Analyze and prepare a variety of complex records, reports and other technical documents;Prepare special reports and projects;Analyze situations accurately, and adopt an effective course of action;Establish and maintain cooperative relationships, and maintain a calm and tactful manner;Effectively and efficiently operate computers, computer terminals, and other office machines and equipment;Understand and carry out oral and written directions. PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical requirements indicated below are examples of the physical aspects that this position classification must perform in carrying out essential job functions.Persons performing service in this position classification will exert 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. This type of work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. Perceiving the nature of sound, near and far vision, depth perception, providing oral information, the manual dexterity to operate business related equipment, and handle and work with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skills would be:Equivalent to the completion of an associate of science degree from an accredited community college in business, accounting, information systems, or other closely related field, and/or three years of responsible experience in payroll computer-assisted processes and/or report development involving computer-assisted processes.
