This role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI and other Power Platform tools.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards for land operations, including designing visuals, metrics, and analytics to monitor land-related business performance and identify areas for improvement.Support the connection of third-party APIs (e.g., land systems such as On Demand Land, ThoughtTrace, Palantir, Monday.com, Onbase) to a centralized data system.Gather and document user requirements and translate business needs into application designs.Establish a robust Power Platform environment strategy for land data and reporting.Lead day-to-day maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of Power Platform applications, resolving or escalating issues as needed.Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.Enhance business processes through the development of Power Apps.Skills And QualificationsExperience working with land data, land systems, or related technical rolesProficient in Microsoft OfficeAdvance knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX and visualization best practicesFamiliarity with land technology platforms such as On Demand Land, ThoughtTrace, SAP or similarExperience connecting and managing data from multiple land systems and sources to ensure accurate, reliable reportingExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data solutionsRole DetailsLocation: Carlsbad, NMPay: $63.70/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hour week
