Investor Relations Diligence Analyst or Associate

Our client is a leading private investment firm in Boston that currently has over $150 million in AUM. The IR team is looking for a full-time analyst or associate who will cover the firm's private equity and venture capital. RESPONSIBILITIESCompleting RFPs, RFIs and updating DDQsMaintaining investor information requestsMaintaining consultant and performance databasesQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree from a reputable institution0-4 years of experience in asset management, consulting or financial services' related marketingStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior members in the firmStrong analytical skillsAbility to understand and organize large amounts of dataTime managementStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsVLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.Series 7 and 63 must be completed in the first 90 days of employmentCOMPENSATIONExpected Annual Base Salary $75,000 - $100,000
