A trusted, highly organized, proactive, intuitive individual who can integrate nicely into a fast-paced collaborative environment.Some Core Responsibilities Include:Serve as an additional point of contact for the day-to-day artist needsManage and maintain calendars, schedules, deliverables, and minor to major logistics. Manage timelines and meet deadlines.Interface with artist teams, internal and external, from record labels, tour marketing, digital marketing, digital ad agencies, publicity teams, travel agents, booking agents, and more.Work with tour management and crew on tour logistics, including transportation, production, merchandise, and related matters.Maintain partner relations (digital partners, endorsements, etc.)Contribute to and participate in creative brainstorming/ideation meetings, and help execute the strategy.Provide quality control across all artist-facing content and communications.Occasional social media management (posting schedules, etc.)Some Qualifications:3 Years of experience as a day-to-day manager, account manager, product manager, or tour manager.Has a high interest/understanding of the touring side of the business.A strong understanding of our genre and world. Someone who pays attention to general culture and music.Familiarity with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, and more), project management tools, and digital marketing platforms.Problem-solving abilities and has strong emotional intelligence. Good written, verbal, and communication skills. Intuitive.Ability to multitask with many ongoing projects at once.Photo editing, video editing, graphic design, and website updating experience is a plus.Location:Our Office is in Century City.
