About Us: We are an event management company specializing in organizing international-scale conferences, seminars, and B2B events. We connect global brands with their target audiences through high-quality event experiences.Job Description: As a Delegate Acquisition (Telesales), you will be responsible for reaching out to potential delegates via phone, email, and other channels to invite them to attend our events. You will work with daily and weekly targets to ensure event attendance goals are achieved.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and send emails to potential delegates.Clearly and professionally communicate event details (agenda, benefits, speakers, etc.).Convince potential delegates to register and attend the event.Accurately record communication results in the CRM system.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure attendance targets are met.Report daily and weekly progress to the Team Leader.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales / telemarketing / call center (preferably B2B).Strong communication, confidence, and negotiation skills.Target-driven and able to work under pressure.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.Proficient in using computer tools, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
