Passionate about employee well-being, corporate wellness innovation, and building strong business relationships?Lead Insurance Brokers - Corporate Wellness Program (Kofuku) is looking for Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our growing team!What you'll be doing:- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives- Conduct market research to identify target companies and analyze employee wellness needs- Build and maintain relationships with HR departments, management, and key stakeholders in client organizations- Prepare commercial proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective corporate clients- Collaborate with internal teams and others channel business to design scalable and impactful wellness package- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of B2B marketing campaigns- Generate sales reports, track corporate client growth, and forecast business development pipelines- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed
