We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Delivery & Project Lead to drive the successful planning and execution of digital initiatives as we scale and transform our technology landscape. This hybrid role blends the operational discipline of project management and the agile mindset of a Scrum Master and Lean-Agile Coach. You’ll be hands-on in delivering high-impact projects, supporting our development and delivery teams, building team maturity, and shaping how we deliver to match the pace of transformation.

Job DescriptionAbout the rolePlanning & forecasting Build and maintain delivery plans and resource forecasts in collaboration with the Head of Digital Experience and Tech Leads. Drive capacity planning, prioritisation, and coordination across teams to optimise delivery flow. Agile facilitation & Scrum Master duties Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming. Work closely with teams to remove blockers, enhance focus, and reinforce agile principles. Foster continuous improvement through feedback loops and iteration on processes.

Agile coaching & transformation Embed lean agile values and delivery practices across digital experience, delivery, and technical teams, identifying and addressing capability gaps through mentoring, education, and hands-on support. Coach teams to deepen their agile mindset, improve delivery flow, and increase ownership. Help shape and evolve our delivery framework to fit a scaling organisation—balancing agility and structure. Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and transparency across the digital ecosystem. Project management & delivery Oversee the delivery of multiple business and digital transformation projects, ensuring project managers stay aligned with scope, timeline, and budget.

Manage timelines and resource plans in alignment with strategic priorities. Lead smaller projects when needed, working with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible outcomes. Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, ensuring robust mitigation strategies are in place. Establish and maintain reporting structures including delivery dashboards, milestone tracking, and regular updates to leadership.

About You Desired Skills and ExperienceYou’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in project management, agile delivery, or hybrid roles in a digital environment 1+ years working in a lean agile delivery environment Demonstrated ability to lead projects through all phases—from planning to implementation Understanding of Lean Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e. g.

, Jira, Asana) Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills Comfort working with ambiguity and shifting priorities Experience embedding agile ways of working or mentoring in agile principles is a plus (we can support your growth here too!)
