About the Role:We are a leading ice manufacturing and distribution company seeking dynamic and organized individual Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily delivery operations, coordinating with drivers and customers, and ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate deliveries and in charge of the vehicles.Role DescriptionPlan and schedule daily deliveries efficiently.Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and customers to ensure on-time dispatch.Track deliveries and update records in the system.Handle delivery documentation (invoices, PODs, reports, etc.).Communicate delays or issues proactively and resolve them promptly.Monitor vehicle condition and ensure compliance with company policies.Support the logistics and operations team with delivery-related tasks.Maintaining and handling the vehiclesQualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesAnalytical Skills and an aptitude for solving logistical challengesMinimum 2 Years of experienceExceptional Customer Service skills to address inquiries and concerns effectivelyAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlinesProficiency in relevant delivery coordination software is a plusA background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous
