Delivery Lead Job Opening for a Market Leader in the Chemical Manufacturing IndustryYour new company A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Delivery Lead to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally. Your new role Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Product Team.Facilitate collaboration and align requirements with solution design.Maintain technical documentation in Azure DevOps.Support troubleshooting and smooth solution implementation.Promote continuous improvement and agile ways of working.Lead productive meetings and foster open communication.Align priorities, report performance, and simplify complex topics.Mentor and coach for effective collaboration and delivery. What you'll need to succeed Experience in agile ways of working and team leadership (Scrum Master certification is a plus)Work experience within Digital teams and jobs.Experience in internal or external stakeholder management.Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and solution.Leadership experience within Agile organisations and Agile backlog management.Good at analytical thinking, problem-solving, process and workflow analysis and modelling.Excellence in communication and collaboration skills.Proficient in documentation to maintain technical documentation and coordination.Good understanding of Solution Design/ Architecture Diagrams and aligning technical requirements.
