You’ll be joining a curious, collaborative, and values-led tech team that’s helping reshape how we support and empower our people across the UK and beyond.If you’re an inspiring Delivery Lead who thrives on empowering others, creating meaningful impact, and leading with empathy this is your next adventure.The RoleAs a Delivery Lead in the Nandoca Domain, you’ll work across four dynamic teams focused on building inclusive digital experiences for our Nandocas, helping them connect, grow, and thrive.You’ll be the glue that brings people together, leading with compassion and clarity to make sure our teams deliver high-quality digital products, continuously improve, and have a whole lot of fun along the way.What You’ll DoChampion agile and lean delivery practices, empowering teams to work smart, stay motivated, and deliver exceptional outcomesCoach, mentor, and guide teams and stakeholders in agile principles, creating a culture of continuous learning and improvementRemove blockers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure smooth, efficient delivery across multiple workstreamsFoster open communication and psychological safety, where every voice is heard and respectedDefine and track delivery metrics like throughput and lead time to measure progress and celebrate successBuild strong team culture and morale, leading by example and encouraging collaboration, curiosity, and innovationPlay an active role in Nando’s growing community of delivery leaders, sharing knowledge and championing best practicesWho We’re Looking For You’re someone who thrives on connection, bringing people together, building momentum, and delivering great work with heart and purpose.
