The firm supports major Federal and State Government programs, shaping strategy, modernising technology environments, and delivering real change. Your job is to bring structure, lead the team, and anchor delivery in integrated service offerings.What You’ll DoStructure scope, workstreams, and delivery approach across technology, data, and business transformation programsTranslate complex problems into clear, actionable plans aligned to the firm’s strategy, architecture, transformation, and business operations servicesLead multidisciplinary teams, set expectations, manage workloads, and mentor analysts, consultants, and architectsTailor delivery methodologies to client environments without adding unnecessary overheadOwn day-to-day direction: planning, risk, governance, stakeholder engagement, and reportingWork directly with senior client leaders to drive decisions and remove ambiguityEnsure delivery aligns with client goals and internal ways of working across user-centred design, data governance, operating model design, and modernisation pathwaysProduce high-quality outputs: business cases, delivery frameworks, process designs, investment strategy, architecture artefacts, and mobilisation plansWhat We’re Looking ForProven ability to structure and lead projects end-to-endStrong capability in defining scope, sequencing work, and establishing delivery frameworksExperience leading teams on complex transformation programs, ideally in government or regulated settingsAbility to translate service offerings into practical, client-specific approaches across strategy, architecture, data, process design, operating models, and mobilisationConfident working with senior stakeholders and navigating high-ambiguity environmentsStrong written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and practical outcomesApplySend your CV to ellis@orcasearch.com.au quoting “Project Lead – Consulting”.
