Delivery Lead

We are looking for an Engineering & Delivery Lead to oversee and manage the successful deployment of mission-critical Air Traffic Control systems to our international customers in Europe and Asia.Long descriptionAs an ideal candidate, you have a proven ability to lead and manage deployment teams and projects, you are comfortable with travelling abroad for work on a regular basis, and you have a background in the ATM/ATC domain.In addition, you are a very good communicator with a knack for building and maintaining strong, positive relationships both with internal stakeholders and customers.ResponsibilitiesManage continuous product release deployment projects to international customersManage the onboarding of new customers and customer projectsPlan and coordinate product training for end usersBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsSupervise and manage daily operations and teams; facilitate employee development and performanceProfessional RequirementsUniversity degree in project management and/or a technical domain5 years or more of relevant professional experience in a regulatory industryExperience in project management and/or account managementExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProfessional level verbal and written English skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the ATM/ATC domainGood conflict resolution skillsWho we areTern Systems is an established and trusted provider of Air Traffic Management solutions, and operates in a competitive, regulated industry.
