The role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring efficient workflows and systems. Daily tasks include analyzing data to track performance, collaborating with team members to define goals, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. The Specialist in E-Commerce will also contribute to the strategic growth of the company’s clients by providing expertise in e-commerce best practices. Qualifications Strong experience in e-commerce platform management and optimizationExpertise in marketing strategies, including digital and performance marketingProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance indicatorsSkills in customer experience management and workflow optimizationProven ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in team settingsProficiency in e-commerce tools, CRM systems, and analytics software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with the Icelandic market and language is an advantage
