Summary:Industry - RetailSalary - $180K plus Super & Incentives.Location & work arrangements - Surry Hills, NSW. Working arrangements are hybrid with the successful candidate required to attend the office 3 days per week.About the role:Are you a strategic delivery expert passionate about managing complex, high-impact business transitions?As a Delivery Manager in the Group Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. Your primary mission will be to lead the successful transition of key business and IT services to divested partners. This is a critical, multi-year initiative (FY26-FY29) that underpins the operational success of our partners and holds significant commercial value.You won't just be managing projects; you'll be ensuring business continuity, navigating complex interdependencies across major platforms (from retail and finance to data and supply chain), and safeguarding the quality of services that are vital to our partners' core operations.What you'll do:Lead Critical Transitions: Drive the end-to-end transition of business and IT services.Manage Interdependencies: Act as the central point of coordination for complex service transitions.Ensure Service Excellence: Guarantee that ongoing partnership services are maintained to the highest standard throughout the transition period and beyond.Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with senior business and technical stakeholders across both organisations to align on objectives, solve complex problems, and drive successful outcomes.Drive Project Success: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from resourcing and scheduling to financial tracking, issue resolution, and reporting.What you'll bring:We're looking for a hybrid leader who thrives in a dynamic, complex environment. You are:A Seasoned Delivery Professional: With a background in business analysis and/or project management, you have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical and business-focused projects.A Confident Technical Partner: You act as the crucial bridge between business and IT, able to speak the language of technical teams and guide the delivery of major initiatives.A Transformation Expert: You have direct experience in the M&A lifecycle and are adept at managing the complexities of divestments, demergers, and Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs).An End-to-End Owner: You understand the importance of quality and have experience leading large-scale UAT programs to ensure seamless business integration.A Natural Collaborator & Proactive Problem-Solver: Driven by curiosity and a meticulous eye for detail, you build strong relationships and anticipate challenges.
