Job Description

Delivery Manager – Qatar (Onshore)Experience: 12+ yearsVisa: Must have a Qatar IDLanguages: Fluent Arabic requiredRole OverviewOversee offshore development, on-site testing, coordination with client SMEs, managing requirements/features, stakeholder management, escalation handling, and production readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with senior client leadership.Manage application development & implementation.Coordinate with SMEs for requirements, environments, testing, etc.Handle stakeholder communication, change request negotiation, and escalations.Preferred ProfilesDM: strong client leadership experience, application development understanding.PM (Development): strong exposure to app dev.PM (Infra): strong in VMs, infra setup, & app deployment readiness.Additional RequirementsFluent in Arabic.Middle East (especially Ministry) experience.Must hold Qatar RP/QID.
