Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT projects within a banking environment. You ensure end-to-end execution, from planning to deployment, while guaranteeing quality, alignment with business needs, and on-time delivery.ResponsibilitiesOversee delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and scope are met.Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business and IT.Apply Agile/Scrum practices and act as a reference for delivery governance.Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with banking standards and regulatory requirements.Communicate progress, issues, and decisions clearly to senior management.ProfileSenior experience in IT delivery within a banking or financial environment.Strong background as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, structured, and quality-driven.Languages: French or Dutch + fluent English.
