You are not just a consultant: you grow with us while making an impact for our clients.At Phinest, you’ll find the right balance between professional growth, meaningful projects, and a collaborative environment.Position: Project ManagerResponsabilities:Be responsible for the successful realisation of the project, from inception to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget…)Ensure resources availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressMonitor project deliverablesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with all stakeholders Perform risk management to reduce project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationAct as a leader and as a coach to your project team membersSkills and Qualifications:Master’s degree in Management or Business2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project ManagementStrong leadership skills Strong interpersonal and organisational skillsAbility to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audienceEffective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasksFlexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environmentProactivityAutonomyLanguages:Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,Dutch is an assetWhat we offer:Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
