If you're looking for a new opportunity where you can truly make a difference, we hope you'll apply for a position with us.Job SummaryServe as the primary point of contact for client accounts, managing all aspects of client engagement and satisfaction.Collaborate with clients and recruiting teams to identify staffing needs, qualify requirements, present top candidates, and provide feedback on candidate interviews.Drive successful placements by overseeing contract negotiations and agreements to meet client expectations.Mentor and support the recruiting team to achieve weekly submission goals and improve recruitment processes.Ensure timely and effective delivery of staffing solutions tailored to client needs and objectives.Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and areas for process improvement to meet performance targets.Track and forecast key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual projections.Prepare detailed reports on account status for internal stakeholders.Address complex client requests or escalate issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction.QualificationsBachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in the staffing industry.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives and C-level.Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery projects while maintaining attention to detail.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
