Delivery Manager

Contract Period - 2 monthsRole Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager with proven expertise in NBN technology and systems to lead strategic transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, program governance, and agile delivery, with a track record of driving complex programs across NBNCo and related environments.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs within NBNCo, including transformations, Enterprise Simplification, and Strategic Data Quality programs• Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with NBN’s commercial and operational goals.• Oversee cloud migration initiatives such as application migrations, involving large-scale infrastructure and application transitions to AWS.• Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.• Implement agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices across delivery teams.• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management across business and technology domains.• Monitor program success metrics including cadence, cost, and value realization.________________________________________Mandatory Experience:• Minimum of 20+ years’ experience with managing complex IT programmes and 5+ years with nbn technology and systems• Demonstrated success in managing complex IT & Network transformation NBNCo programs• Deep understanding of NBN’s commercial models, IT solutioning, and operational practices.• Experience with data governance, analytics platforms (UDS, CEDW), and enterprise-wide transformation.• Proven ability to lead agile delivery teams and implement SAFe practices.________________________________________Preferred Qualifications:• SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications.• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.• Experience in stakeholder management across C-Level and operational teams.• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.________________________________________Core Competencies:• Program/Project Management• Agile Leadership & Coaching• Transformation Planning & Execution• Risk & Governance Frameworks• Vendor & Delivery Model Optimization• Data-Driven Strategy & Planning
