Primary Functions: Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of ML / AI models and tools (e. g. , forecasting, optimization, performance, etc.
)Add explainability to model predictions & outcomes thereby making insights actionableCollaborates with COE team and business owners to take a data-driven approach in identifying key customer pain-points, uncover insights, and develop techniques to address these issuesDetailed understanding of data science techniques, calibrating and enhancing existing models, and monitoring model performanceLeverage emerging technologies and identify efficient and meaningful ways to deliver meaningful insights to the businessExplore industry & academic publications, research papers & adopt the same for CX business use casesHands-on experience with data modeling, design tools, and business case deliveryEnsure alignment with business requirement & present analysis to business users in a digestible waySkills Required:
2 – 4 Overall years of data science experience delivering insights for business projectsBachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or engineering disciplineDemonstrated professional experience in statistics & relevant 2 – 3 yrs of ML algorithms on an Enterprise business use case. Proficient in Python and data-focused packages (e. g. , Pandas, Numpy)Proficiency in SQLEmbraces diverse people, thinking, and stylesConsistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priorityWhat will give you a Competitive edge: Knowledge of Deep LearningExperience in designing & implementing ML/AI models for cloud-based solutions on leading cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, etc.
Knowledge of ML lifecycle management platforms like ML Flow, AWS Sagemaker, etc. Ability to code with software engineering best practices of reusability, modularity, object oriented, etc. Exposure to version control (Git) and collaborative coding practices. Self-motivated and take pride in building great experiences for users, whether they are employees or customers.
