You’ll take on your own portfolio of brands, work directly with senior decision makers and run full-funnel programs that help fast-growing B2B companies scale.The RoleWe’re looking for a B2B Demand Generation Manager to join our team and help drive growth for a portfolio of fast-growing tech and B2B companies. This role blends strategy, execution, experimentation and client partnership. You’ll work across multiple brands, each with different audiences, funnels and commercial goals, so the work stays varied and fast-paced.You’ll report into the Director and work closely with our strategy, creative and media teams to build and run full-funnel demand programs across LinkedIn, Google and Meta. If you’ve worked in a SaaS or B2B environment, know how to reach niche audiences, and enjoy being hands-on with platforms like HubSpot, you’ll fit in well here.This is a role for someone who can zoom out to design a smart campaign direction, then zoom in to pull the operational levers that make it run. You’ll be on the tools, running experiments, partnering with senior marketers inside our clients’ teams, and delivering work that actually moves revenue.Your days will involve:Designing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and content to build awareness, drive engagement and create demand for your clients.Managing paid media across platforms (especially LinkedIn and Google), including budgeting, targeting, creative direction, testing and optimisationWorking closely with clients, internal teams and partner agencies to align on strategy, messaging and campaign executionBuilding programs that support pipeline creation, not just lead capture, including thought leadership, retargeting, nurture and paid amplificationTracking, analysing and reporting on campaign performance with a strong focus on pipeline quality, CAC, payback, and channel efficiencySupporting content development, landing pages, email sequences and campaign rollouts in collaboration with our creative and strategy teamsUsing data, insights and experimentation to improve performance and drive stronger outcomes for each client portfolioYour SkillsTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:3–5+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, with hands-on execution across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or MetaExperience running multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, from planning and creative direction through to execution, optimisation and reportingA strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, including how to reach niche audiences, influence early-stage demand and support pipeline creationConfidence working with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce or similar, whether that’s building nurture sequences, reporting or supporting campaign workflowsStrong paid media skills, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, testing frameworks and reading platform dataExperience presenting strategy, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and building trust with clientsA data-led mindset, with the ability to interpret results, pull insights and translate performance into next stepsExcellent communication and account management skills, including managing multiple clients and deadlines at onceStrong project management and attention to detail, especially when coordinating campaigns across channels and teamsA proactive approach to experimentation, testing and learning, and a willingness to try new ideas to improve resultsBonus points if you have:Experience planning or executing thought leadership, content or creative for B2B demand programsExperience in SaaS or high-ACV environmentsExperience reporting on pipeline metrics like MQL → SQL → Opp → Closed Won, CAC or Deal VelocityExperience supporting or building nurture programs and automationA background in creative strategy or performance creativeOur PeopleWe have marathon runners, lunchtime walkers, snowboarders/skiers, campers, soccer players, casual beer drinkers & other amazing varieties of people too.
