You’ll work with linkbuilders, copywriters, technical SEO specialists and SEO strategists to produce results-driven SEO strategies that you’ll be proud to put your name to.Role Responsibilities:Design and execute high-level SEO strategies across a portfolio of Reform Digital’s clients, across a variety of industries.Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, driving performance and professional growth.Champion large scale projects such as website migrations and more involved activationsAuditing a client’s site’s SEO standing and formulating an optimisation strategy to be executed over the coming months.Manage the scoping / timelines for internal SEO initiatives.Assist the team in delivery of top-tier clients where needed.Writing detailed content briefs that appeal to E-E-A-T metrics using SEO best practices.Monitor and report on SEO performance, including keyword movement, organic traffic growth and user behaviour, and end conversions using Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and more.Keeping your finger on the pulse on algorithm and industry changes and what that means for our clients.Analyse and interpret SEO data through GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.Collaborate with content, CRO, SEM, and web development teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.Assist with creation of processes and systems within the team to benefit all department members.Oversee link-building and digital PR campaigns to strengthen domain authority.Optimise for local and international visibility, including schema, GMB, and hreflang implementation.Skills, Knowledge & Experience:You have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing SEO campaigns, preferably in an agency.Strong written language skills with the ability to brief efficiently and polish content to achieve your SEO goals.Strategic thinking first and foremostSolid understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript in relation to SEO.You are proficient in leading SEO tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Copyscape, etc.Ability to implement structured data and schema markup.Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.You’re a natural storyteller, you have the ability to digest data and turn it into tangible suggestions that can easily be understood by those without your level of expertise.You’re confident to share your professional opinion, you’re goal and outcomes-orientedYou’re a self-starter with an innate curiosity.A can-do attitude.Must be in a commutable distance to South Yarra (Melbourne).Management of small teams is a bonus. Why You’ll Love Working With Us:Flexible working arrangementsWe value work-life balance and lead with trust and respect for each other’s time.Our current setup includes 1–2 all-team office days in a stunning South Yarra-based co-working space.Alternative locations around Melbourne offer flexible working options if you don’t want to work from home.Varied shift times: 8–4 pm, 9–5 pm, or 10–6 pm.An uplifting, supportive, and collaborative team cultureFortnightly team lunch (on us), social drinks if that’s your thing, and fortnightly company meetings where we share knowledge and celebrate wins.Incredible modern office facilitiesA 10-minute walk from South Yarra or Hawthorn Station.
