Job Description
OverviewManage MU supply chain daily operation by enhancing efficiency and effectiveness to support business growth.Provide support to Sales Director in sales planning and demand forecast to prepare sales targets & forecasts and report sales performance/opportunities to enable sales-related plan the development and execution.ResponsibilitiesBuild up and lead on-going Division sales planning and review process (plan, through weekly meetings and MORs) to optimize sales performanceContinuously improve forecast accuracy.Delivery & Inventory management.Supplier managementCost managementSupport other projects and tasks assigned by supervising managers to better enable the development and execution of sales - related plans.Build functional expertise and develop the team's capabilities in supply chain management and sales demand forecasting.QualificationsBachelor degree or above. At least 8 - 10 years of experience in sales planning, demand forecasting, operations, and logistics. Good business acumen and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with excellent follow upTrouble shooting skills (ability to foresee and avert logistics constraints)Proficient in Mandarin and English. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management). Able to train, coach, and develop talent and collaborate with other functions.
