Are you a passionate marketer with a strong background in demand generation? Do you want to make a meaningful impact on schools through innovative education technology? We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives for our SaaS product suite across EMEA.In this role, you will own the demand generation strategy and execution in your region, covering the full revenue spectrum from demand generation to customer retention. You'll craft go-to-market strategies, design and manage campaigns, oversee social media and events, and help position Faria as a distinctive name in the EdTech space. You'll work closely with key stakeholders, including regional commercial leadership, product teams, sales, and customer success, while being part of the larger global marketing team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive demand generation, customer retention, and cross-sell opportunities for Faria's products across AsiaCollaborate with the Global Marketing team and report to the Global Head of Demand Generation to align strategies and plansPartner with Product Marketing, Events and Brand & Community teams to localize product launches, events and other marketing efforts in your region through social media, blogs, videos, and other channelsCoordinate campaigns across social media, email, advertising and partnership initiatives using HubSpotManage a budget to support your initiatives and use a data-driven approach to tie spending decisions to expected impactAlign marketing strategies with our sales team to increase pipeline, enable effective outbound and support revenue growthMeasure and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimize ROI and improve lead qualityDeepen understanding of our platform, customer challenges, and global education trends to refine product positioning and marketing effectivenessRequirementsSkills & Experience5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or related industriesProven ability to drive demand generation and hit pipeline targets, connecting marketing to revenueExpertise in planning and executing campaigns that address customer needsProficiency in HubSpot and ability to use Salesforce to understand the impact of marketing and engage with our sales teamStrong copywriting and campaign creation skillsA BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredCapabilities & AttributesStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiativesAbility to translate customer insights and sales feedback into impactful marketing strategiesQuick learner with a strong understanding of international education trends and customer pain pointsExcellent collaboration and matrix management skills, creating healthy relationships across marketing, sales and any other Faria teamA proactive, creative, and data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering resultsSuccess MetricsMarketing-source pipeline generatedPipe-to-spend ratioExcellent alignment between marketing and sales effortsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality or sex.
