About the rolePontoon Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital & Content Marketing Manager to serve as the primary marketing point of contact for sales leaders across our global footprint.This role is pivotal in driving demand generation, supporting new logo acquisition, and ensuring 100% retention of existing customers through integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a digitally fluent marketer with strong capabilities in content strategy, content creation, social media, campaign management, and product marketing.What you’ll be doingAct as the marketing liaison for global sales leaders, supporting pipeline growth and client retention.Develop, create, and execute demand generation campaigns specifically for LinkedIn, both paid and organic, across digital, social, and event channels to drive MQLs and SALs.Oversee all social media elements - copy, visuals, scheduling, and linking to blogs, case studies, and gated content.Creating compelling content that is aligned to our brand voice and gives Pontoon’s point of view.Partner with the product team to create and sign off on product marketing sheets, including how this would appear on our website.Align marketing efforts with group bids and sales initiatives.About youSignificant proven experience in a Marketing environment with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Digital and Content Creation.Minimum 3 years’ industry experience especially with a Managed Services Provider, or Talent acquisition is preferred but not essential.Proven experience in content creation (blogs, whitepapers, web copy) for LinkedIn campaigns and sales promotional assets for outreach.Strong campaign management skills, especially on LinkedIn, to drive MQLs.Strong understanding of web strategy, development of new websites with fresh compelling copy, which includes SEO, SEM, to increase traffic.Exceptional writing, editing skills and storytelling ability.
