It’s about inclusion and liberating everyone to shine in their unique way.ResponsibilitiesAs our Shopper Marketing Intern, you are responsible for retail activation, merchandising, logistics.You will support the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and merchandising projects across top beauty retailers in Central and Eastern Europe. This hands-on role blends operational coordination with creative marketing exposure.Your main focus:Support the implementation of POS materials and promotional campaigns in storesAssist with cosmetic shelf updates – from planning to execution and reportingCoordinate shipments from central warehouses to stores and merchandising agenciesPrepare operational materials and project summaries with the teamMonitor field execution and analyze reports from store visitsWorking for Coty means being part of a global beauty powerhouse that values fearless kindness, celebrates individuality, and empowers you to grow through continuous learning and collaboration.YOU ARE A COTY FITYou like to organize, collaborate, and bring ideas to life in retail spaces. As an Shopper Marketing Intern, you take ownership of your tasks, work proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
