Job Description

Your Tasks Demand Planning (35%) Forecast demand based on historical data and activity plan Encourage and lead S&OP process schedule to follow the monthly timeline Manage demand volume in APO DP by NART level based on PIPO Manage and update forecast file and S&OP template in time Manage SPEC master data/schedule from input to approval Inventory Management (35%) Monitor and respond to daily sales and inventory level Plan product supply with SP based on demand planning insight Lead demand change according to supply schedule under bottleneck situation and define business risk Accuracy Management (20%) Analysis FCA /FCB result by category Report monthly Forecast Accuracy analysis of key success factors and improvement points Lead and encourage early promotion plan in M3 Master Data Management (10%) Create and maintenance local NART in the system For master data change, inform sales what is changed in order to change EDI master in customer system Your Profile Completed bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience, including at least 2 years in demand planning Prior experience working in FMGC brands Strong Internal communication skills with the ability to align with commercial team Advanced Excel Skills At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
