Jot Title : Demand PlannerEmployee Type : Temporary (15 months)Demand Planner for Abatement systems delivers Abatement demand forecast for rolling 12 months to proactively catch the significant changes.The role orchestrates the forecast process, working with Key Customer accounts and Product Management to deliver a consolidated, challenged and signed-off input to the Product Company and the S&OP executive forum.The role reviews the forecast and highlights the trends, risks and uncertainty where known in CRM, through the audit and maintenance of the master data mainly through APO-DP and BW.The Demand Planner manages the order fill rates and alerts on the risks in the forecast realisation. The information is provided to the Supply Planners of the Product Companies where it is used to adjust the build rates, resources and to manage the risk of excess inventory.The Demand Planner role works with the BPI and CRM Support team, and provides and supports the training for the forecast process. They are responsible to measure forecast accuracy and to provide root cause investigation to drive Continuous Improvement of the process to deliver an improved forecast.Responsible for managing and reporting the weekly and monthly Semi, forecasting cycles across Abatement and Integrated SystemsEnsure there is a rolling 12 month forecast in CRM by engaging with the global account teamsMonthly forecast cycle running through APO-DP for all of SEMI Equipment and Complementary items for input to S & OP forumPreparation of the Semiconductor BU S&OP for forecast review and KPI check by monthlyMonthly KPI meeting with Key customers to improve forecast accuracy and CSLManaging planning items and set-up in SAPMonthly Product Manager meeting to validate the current monthly forecast and supplement for next cycleDefinition and generation of metrics and reports showing status and risksManages the order fill rates and alerts the Product Company on the risks in the forecast realization Check and resolve forecast missing alert through DILO (Day In Life Of a planner) reportPassionate people create exceptional thingsAt Atlas Copco we believe in challenging the status quo, always looking for a better way.
