In the Demand Planner role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the sales forecasting process in our dynamic organization. You are a key business partner within the Division & collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales & Finance to construct the monthly forecast. You are the central actor that connects the dots between the different functions of the organization. Your critical & analytical eyes are key to developing assumptions & providing recommendations towards the organization.Your Main Missions AreLead & coordinate the sales forecast process for your brand(s)Create short-, medium- and long-term baseline forecast for your brand(s)Coordinate the integration of promotional volumes into the overall forecast together with the sales teamManage launches; support marketing in the forecast construction of new products; determine cannibalization on other products; and follow up the executionEnsure consistency of the overall forecast (baseline, promo & launches) in units & value versus budget, commercial objectives and achieved resultsBe owner of your KPIs (Forecast accuracy; Service level; Excess & Obsolete); find proactively actions to improve the performance of your brandsOptimize catalog for finished goods & other materials Initiate improvement proposals as part of structural improvements in the supply chain processAct as a bridge between the other planning functions and the business when it comes to short-term supply planning related topicYour ProfileThe Ideal Candidate Meets The Following DescriptionMaster’s degreeAn experience of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position is a plusProven affinity with the field 'Supply Chain'; preferably experience within FMCGFluid in English; Dutch or French is a plusGood knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of SAP & FuturMaster is a nice-to-have.Proactive and can switch between different management levelsAnalytically strong, stress resistant, persuasive and good communication skillsAgile & flexible to adapt to a VUCA worldPositive attitude & problem-solving abilityWhat do we offer?When you start at L'Oréal, you get a great deal of responsibility from day one.
