Whatever your skills and experience, we'll help you to thrive in our inclusive culture.Role ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the end-to-end demand planning process across designated product categories and markets.Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts to support business objectives.Steer the monthly S&OP cycle and ensure effective collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.Conduct comprehensive analysis of historical data, market dynamics, and commercial inputs to drive forecast accuracy.Track forecast performance, identify root causes of deviations, and implement ongoing improvement initiatives.Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.Ensure full alignment between demand planning outputs and supply planning strategies.Identify, assess, and communicate risks and opportunities that may impact demand projections and inventory levels.Experience / Skills RequiredBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.Minimum of 7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain functions.In-depth understanding of S&OP processes and advanced demand planning methodologies.Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with IBP or comparable planning systems is preferred.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environments.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Diversity statementOur purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
