Short-Term Rental Channel Operations Manager

About the RoleTatildekirala is expanding its short-term rental operations with a new portfolio of guaranteed villas to be distributed across major OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and more.We are looking for a proactive specialist who will manage the full operational cycle—from onboarding units into channel managers to handling reservations, guest communication, revenue reporting and performance optimisation.This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to operate at the intersection of OTA distribution, channel management, guest operations, and revenue analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard guaranteed villas and units into platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.Manage channel integrations using tools like Guesty, Rentals United, Hostaway, or similar systems.Oversee end-to-end reservation operations (pricing accuracy, availability, content, listing health).Respond to guest inquiries, coordinate pre-arrival communication, and ensure smooth stay operations.Monitor performance metrics, listing visibility, response rates, and conversion rates.Track each unit’s monthly revenue, profitability, and occupancy.Work closely with property owners and internal teams to ensure maximum yield and operational efficiency.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on channel performance and financial outcomes.Qualifications2+ years experience in short-term rental operations, OTA management, or property management systems.Hands-on experience with channel managers such as Guesty, Rentals United, Hostaway, Siteminder, etc.Strong understanding of OTA mechanics (ranking, pricing, content score, booking flow).Excellent communication skills (written + verbal).Strong analytical mindset; ability to prepare revenue & profitability reports.Ability to operate independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously.Advantage: Experience in villa rental operations or Turkey-focused STR markets.What We OfferOpportunity to build and scale a new business line within Tatildekirala.A dynamic structure where you directly impact portfolio revenue and guest experience.Competitive performance-based bonuses.Hybrid working options.Fast-paced environment with room for growth and leadership.
