The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving commercial targets, and ensuring efficient daily store performance. Additionally, the position contributes to the strategic development of the Empoli Outlet, supporting its commercial direction and enhancing both sales and visitor traffic.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Team DevelopmentEnsure the delivery of high-quality customer service in line with company standardsOversee the induction and onboarding of new team members, including continuous training on customer service, sales, back-office and cash operationsGuide, support and motivate the team through daily coaching, active feedback and motivation initiativesBuild and maintain relationships with VIC (Very Important Customers) clientsHandle complaints and special customer cases promptly and effectivelySupport opening/closing procedures as key holder when requiredPeople CoordinationCollaborate with HR & Commercial teams on staffing and personnel allocation across cornersPrepare weekly work schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverageMonitor sales targets and KPIs (UPT, CONV, ATV) per corner; analyse performance and propose improvement actionsSupport Visual Merchandising teams at each corner to ensure brand consistencyEnsure compliance with company procedures, working hours and grooming standardsOperations & Store ManagementCoordinate external partners (security, cleaning services, technical teams)Monitor and resolve technical issues in collaboration with third partiesOversee the smooth operation of warehouse and logistics processesSupervise cash handling, bank deposits, and back-office proceduresMonitor the execution of promotional activities and in-store communication materialsPrepare weekly performance reports (Weekly Report) including KPI analysis and improvement proposalsStrategy & DevelopmentParticipate in annual action planning (Action Plan Calendar)Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of Empoli Outlet through proposals that drive commercial growth and enhance the customer experienceSupport the identification and onboarding of new brands into the Empoli Outlet portfolioFoster relationships with Area Managers of independent corners to exchange best practices QualificationsMinimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally in a department store or outlet environmentStrong communication skills, professional presence and commercial mindsetFluent in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)Reliability, responsibility and a strong team-oriented approachProficiency in computer systems & ERP (e.g., POS, MS Office)Strong organisational skills, autonomy and collaboration mindsetLeadership ability with proven skills in coaching, motivating and developing teamsExcellent time management and prioritisation skills What We OfferA leadership role in a growing premium brand, with room for creativityFlexibility, autonomy, and collaboration with dynamic teamsCareer growth opportunities, company benefits, and trainingA work environment that values aesthetics, quality, and people Lapin House – where Quality becomes Experience
