If you’re a passionate IT professional with hands-on experience in desktop support, join us at AVASO to help businesses thrive with reliable and efficient IT services.Position Overview:The Deskside Support Technician provides on-site and remote technical support for Mac and Windows systems, handling hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, installations, software upgrades, and maintaining asset inventories. The role also involves supporting network and AV equipment, documenting all activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires a tech-savvy, self-motivated professional capable of working independently and occasionally outside standard business hours.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site and remote deskside support for Mac and Windows systems.Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.Perform installations, configurations, and software upgrades.Manage asset inventory and conduct regular audits.Log and document all asset transactions and support activities in the ticketing system.Support and maintain basic network and AV equipment; escalate vendor issues as needed.Deliver high-quality customer service and technical assistance across communication channels.Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience as Desktop support engineer Strong experience in supporting executive level users Network trouble shooting skills VIP Support skills MAC & Windows support Effective communication in English & local language are mandatory Good knowledge on ticketing and monitoring toolsQualifications:A+ certification or equivalent knowledge Hardware / OEM warranty certifications MAC certification Familiarity with ITIL processesHow to Apply:Ready to take your career to the next level?
