Job DescriptionDevelop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives within the country.Oversee all operational activities, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and logistics, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance and foster a positive work environment.Develop & implement an action plan to create clear distinction between the company and the rest of the competitive landscape through introduction and propagation of value added products as well as through technical initiatives and engagement at various levels with statutory authorities, consultants, academic research bodies and customers.Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to achieve profitability targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, government agencies, and industry associations.Drive people strategies that align with business goals to ensure sustainable performance and growth.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.Strengthen leadership capability and organizational culture to drive execution excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence to enhance productivity and competitiveness.Implement a national sales plan to drive sales of value-added products.Lead the sales team and hold key accounts with major customers nationwide.Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing pricing and marketing strategies, analyzing trends and resultsEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each region and projecting expected sales volumes and profit monthly / quarterlyMaintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demandComplete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staff and following up on work resultsPlan, monitor and appraise job resultsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and participating in professional societiesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related resultsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or related fieldAt least 5 years’ base overseas experience in Southeast Asia / Indo-China is a mustMust have experience of working at a senior position in the infrastructure sector at a company with multiple locations involving imports, storage, manufacturing and marketing of key construction material/equipment.Must have good working experience with Government Departments/Ministries, preferably in the infrastructure sectorSolid background in Sales & Marketing / Operations background preferred but not requiredExcellent command of English and BahasaCapacity to manage various projects and work on tight deadlinesExcellent negotiation and leadership skills
