DHCQ protects residents and patients in licensed and certified Delaware health care facilities and agencies by enforcing compliance with state and federal regulations, conducting investigations, and supporting quality improvement efforts. The Deputy Director oversees senior leadership, division operations, and assumes responsibility for acting as Director in their absence.Essential FunctionsEssential functions are fundamental, core functions common to all positions in the class series and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties for any one position in the class.
