Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Deputy Head of Human Capital Management will oversee the design, implementation, and management of strategic human resource initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, supporting talent acquisition and retention, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will require close collaboration with leadership to drive organizational goals through effective HR strategies. Qualifications Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementStrong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR PoliciesExperience in managing Employee Relations and fostering workplace engagementDemonstrated ability to design and execute talent acquisition and retention strategiesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fieldsRelevant certifications, such as SHRM, CIPM, or HRCI, are a plusExperience in a multinational or high-growth organization is an advantage
