Location: Lagos stateEmployment Type: Full timeResponsibilitiesHandle daily administrative task of the organisationAssist the HR in the recruitment, training and on boarding processesMaintains accurate and up to dates human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)Conduct file auditsProvide general office support to management and HR departmentCoordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsPrepare reportsRequirementsB.SC/HND in any Social Science or its equivalent.Skills/Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organisational skill.Good knowledge of human resources process and practises.A minimum of 2 - 3 yrs in similar roleMust be highly creative and innovative.Must be highly intelligent and efficient.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn.Must possess excellent leadership and organisational skills.Note: Applicant must live around oworo, gbagada, ebute metta or on the Island.Closing Date15th June, 2024.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.
