The ideal candidate holds a Masters or MBA in Marketing or a related field from an HEC-recognized university and brings at least four years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background in admissions management. The Deputy Manager Admissions serves as the key liaison between the university and prospective students, employing exceptional communication and customer relationship management skills to attract and enroll qualified candidates efficiently. In this role, the Deputy Manager leads the admissions team to implement recruitment strategies, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and support the universitys enrollment objectives. The position demands strategic leadership, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to analyze admission trends to improve processes continually. The Deputy Manager Admissions at Riphah International University contributes directly to the institution's growth and reputation by managing admissions activities that align with the universitys vision and standards while fostering a welcoming environment for prospective students.Job RequirementsMaster/MBA of Marketing related fields e.g., Marketing Management etc., from HEC Recognized University.Minimum 4 years, Preference will be given to individuals with at least 4 to 5 years of experience in the related field of Admission Management.ResponsibilitiesTo develop all activity in respect of student admissions to Islamic International Medical College-Trust and Riphah International University.To ensure that the organization adheres to standardized enquiry handling protocol through the Complaint management system and to produce weekly student number reports.To take a data-led approach, using all available performance data, to continually update the organizations admissions policies and procedures.To ensure records concerning student records, visits and registrations are up to date.To establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures for the admission staff.To ensure that the Admissions team are efficient and diligent in processing student applications, reviewing and following up in a timely manner, plus the closure of unproductive enquiries.To ensure the Admissions team provides a high standard of service to parents, encouraging personal contact through face-to-face meetings and telephone conversations rather than relying on emails.Ensure that the Admissions and Marketing departments are fully integrated and engaged in all aspects of organization life.Required SkillsAdmission Management, Student Recruitment, Communication Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Team Leadership, Regulatory Compliance,IndustryEducation/TrainingJob TypeFull Time/PermanentGenderNo PreferenceMinimum Experience4 Years
