Deputy Manager Finance Shared Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Finance team as a Deputy Manager Finance Shared Services. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, managing the monthly closing cycle, maintaining robust internal controls, and coordinating all audit activities. The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with strong technical expertise in financial reporting standards and local regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and finalize financial reports in both Management and Statutory formats, ensuring the quality, reliability, and accuracy of all reported data.Manage and execute the full monthly financial closing process, including coordination with the Plant/Operations team.Conduct comprehensive reconciliations and detailed analysis of all related general ledger accounts.Ensure full Regulatory Compliance with all relevant financial and corporate laws.Play a vital, central role in coordinating the Annual Statutory Audit and any Special Audits with independent external auditors.Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to safeguard company assets.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: CA/ACCA/ACMA qualified.Experience: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant financial reporting role.
