Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Deputy Manager at SOTC Travel Ltd. The Deputy Manager will be actively involved in developing and implementing travel strategies, managing client portfolios, coordinating travel operations, and ensuring superior customer service. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, evaluating business performance metrics, and driving growth in various travel segments. Qualifications Strong management and leadership skills, including team coordination and motivationProficiency in developing travel and tourism strategies, planning, and client relationship managementExceptional customer service and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solvingBusiness acumen with experience in performance analysis, target achievement, and organizational growthKnowledge of travel industry trends, tools, and systems is highly advantageousBachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or other relevant fieldsProven experience in a managerial role within the travel and tourism sectorNote- Prior Experience in Travel is Preferable
